The purpose of this video is to document the effects of COVID-19 on Los Angeles and its residents. Although I am not a conspiracy theorist, I think it’s important we see the perspective from individuals going through this, rather than solely from mainstream media. Because MSM tends to sensationalize things (yes YouTubers do this too), I think it’s beneficial for regular people to share what they’re doing during self-quarantine (spending time with family, their worries/opinions, what’s going on in their city…etc.). I know for me at least, it helps me feel less alone and anxious to know how other people are doing during this event. This video is not a typical analysis video. The events filmed take place from March 14-19.
