In this video, I explain what’s currently going on with Native Instruments and what it actually means for music producers and DJs.

There has been a lot of confusion and speculation recently, so I wanted to break things down clearly and calmly, without drama or rumours.

I talk about what’s been publicly reported, what preliminary insolvency really means in practice, and whether existing Native Instruments products like Kontakt, Massive, Maschine, and Traktor are affected.

I also share my own experience using Native Instruments products over the years, including Kontakt libraries, Massive, and Komplete, and why I personally hope the company can continue moving forward in a healthy way.

At the time of recording in late January 2026, existing software, licences, and projects continue to work as normal.
