Fish Tacos
Battered & Cooked Fish Filets ( I used Greater Value Brand)
Fajita or Taco sized Flour Tortillas
Lettuce, Onion, tomatoes ( for condiments)
Taco Bell Baha Sauce (from Walmart)
BBQ Stuffed Baked Potatoes
1 1/2 pounds of steak or roast (I used 2 Ribeye steaks I had gotten from Krogers on sale)
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (to taste)
Knorr Beef Powder Base 1/4 cup
BBQ Sauce
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Place seasoned steaks in slow cooker...add enough water just to cover steak....add beef powder base....Cook on low for 8 hours
When steak has cooked ....drain .....and use fork to shred meat put meat back in slow cooker and add BBQ sauce to taste.
For Instant Pot Potatoes
Rinse potatoes and pierce them with a knife or fork
Add 1 cup of water to Instant Pot...make sure rack is in Instant Pot....add potatoes, stack if necessary.....Close lid on Instant Pot...put dial on the seal position.....Push Manual button and put on 15 minutes for medium sized potatoes.... let natural release...
Meat Loaf
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 package of onion soup mix
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup of ketchup and 1/8 cup of bbq sauce mixed together
Mix all together and add to sprayed loaf pan or 8 X 8 pan.....then add ketchup&bbq mixture on top of meatloaf and cook on 375 for 45 minutes
