WHAT'S FOR DINNER | CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP

I love turning anything and everything into a soup and today is no different! Chicken pot pie soup is warm, comforting, and so easy.

I did not use a recipe for this, but here's what I used and you can play with the ingredients and measurements to your liking!
-Green beans
-Corn, broccoli, carrots, onion, celery: chopped, fresh of frozen
-Bay leave, salt, and pepper
-Chicken thighs: cooked and chopped
-Chicken stock or broth
-Heavy cream
-Olive oil, butter, and all purpose flour
-Cheese (I used Monterey Jack and cheddar)
-Pie crust
