In this week's What’s for Dinner video, I’m sharing the real meals our family had. They were nothing fancy, just easy, family-friendly dinners that worked for our busy week. You’ll see a quick Instant Pot meal, our Easter dinner, and a night where we enjoyed Domino’s Pizza!

INSTANT POT MAC & CHEESE youtu.be/-ilAglqWbmk
To an instant pot add 16 oz elbow macaroni, 4 cups chicken broth, 2 Tbsp butter, and your choice of seasoning. I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dry mustard. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 min and then do a quick release. Slowly stir in whatever cheese you like. I do a total of about 2 cups of cheese, stirring in a little at a time. Add in ¼ cup of milk. Once that’s all combined add in 3 ½ cups of chili. Stir well and add more cheese if you like.
