2026 doesn’t look like the biggest year for new theme park attractions — at least not on paper.
RCDB lists well over 100 new coasters opening worldwide, but very few of them could be described as truly headline-grabbing.
From major UK projects like Aviktas at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Drakon at Paultons Park, to delayed launches, family-focused investments, and some very interesting international additions, this isn’t a hype list — it’s an honest breakdown of what to expect.
And right at the end of the video, I’ll look at one rumoured returning attraction that could completely change how we view 2026… if it happens.
