We often get asked, “What’s a Topping Out Party?”
Topping out is a construction term we use to celebrate when the final structural beam is raised into place, completing the building's frame. This milestone is celebrated with a “Topping Out Party” where we host a lunch for all the trade partners, architects, and owners and raffle off prizes to the men and women who worked countless hours to achieve this structural goal.
