Thousands of people have gotten sick from Cyclospora, but experts still aren't sure which products are driving the outbreak or when it will end.

Since we recorded this video, Michigan has confirmed more than 11,000 cases of cyclosporiasis, and two deaths tied to the parasite-borne illness. The CDC says cases have now been reported in 45 states.
