Embroidering baseball caps & hats on a home single-needle embroidery machine is no easy task, but it's *possible* on a small scale with the right supplies. While I have done hats before on my Brother PE800, it was incredibly frustrating. This time around, I found one *game changing* product that really helped me float the hat over the 4x4 hoop.
