How To Get to Left 4 Dead 2's files:
Via Steam: Library - Right Click on L4D2 - Manage - Browse Local Files - left4dead2 - cfg - listenserver.cfg
Via System (Shown in video): Local Disk (C:) - Program Files (x86) - Steam - steamapps - common - Left 4 Dead 2 - left4dead2 - cfg - listenserver.cfg
