Just about every day on the phone I'm asked, "Ralph, what films should I carry in my business?" Would you believe that most people want to carry everything we sell? I always talk people out of buying every window film we sell. I believe you can sometimes have too many choices for your customers. Sometimes less is better. In my experience, it's more effective to offer two products; an entry level window tint for price shoppers and a ceramic window tint for value shoppers. However, I always believe we should build out our value ladder, so I keep a high-end ceramic window tint under the table, ready to strike. So, when I'm asked, "What films do you choose, Ralph?" I typically advise going with a carbon window tint (good), mid-level ceramic window tint (better), and a high-end ceramic window tint (best) under the table.
