What We Thought About Riding Shepler's Ferry To Mackinac Island
On our vacation to see Mackinac Island for the first time, we decided to stay in Mackinaw City instead of staying on the Island. Because of that, we had to take the ferry on three separate days to get there. We bought our tickets online ahead of time with the Shepler's Ferry company, and we were able to save money by using their website. In total, coming and going, we rode on a Shepler's Ferry ship six different times, and we also traveled in different weather/lake conditions. In this video, we want to show you what the ferry ride was like, what some of the procedures were in using the ferry, and let you know what we thought of Shepler's in general. We hope this helps somebody, who like us, had never been to Mackinac Island and had never used the ferry system for transportation. Thanks for watching!
