I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas ๐ŸŽ„Just thought of sharing our Christmas Eve dinner and lunch with you. Let me know how your celebration was and what you ate, would love to know ๐Ÿ˜Š.

Christmas Eve dinner:
- First: vitel tone or vitello tonnato. My mother made it and itโ€™s a forever tradition in our family for the holidays. Originally from Italy, consisting of thin slices of cooked beef in a tuna, mayo sauce with capers, and chopped boiled egg on top. Itโ€™s eaten cold. So so good.
- Main: Jamie Oliverโ€™s leek and turkey pie. Was so delicious ๐Ÿคค I would definitely make it again.
- Dessert: my tiramisu ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Christmas Day lunch:
- First: more vitel tone, cause it was amazing.
- Main: filled pasta casserole. I repeated my favorite filling of ricotta, spinach, and truffles. But instead of cannelloni, I stuffed this snail-looking pasta.
- Dessert: more tiramisu because I never make it just for one meal ๐Ÿ˜
For Bea since sheโ€™s still recovering: boiled dumplings (appetizer), oyakodon and clay pot chicken rice (eve and lunch), and protein caramel tiramisu for dessert.
