Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust:
4 cups cottage cheese
8 eggs
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt (less if using store bought cottage cheese)
Blend until smooth, then pour into a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until golden and firm.
