Hi friends 🌸 We spent two weeks in Vietnam to go to a meditation retreat and got a few extra days in Hanoi before leaving. During the meditation retreat vegan options were limited (although they weren't supposed to be.... why always on spiritual retreats?!) so we ended up eating literally only sweet potato and rice noodle soup every day, three times a day.

This of course made us sick, so after a week and a half of being sick, it was so nice to be back in Hanoi and eat food containing FIBRE!

So that's why we're not eating that much Vietnamese food in this video 🍜
