Here, finally, is my research into the North Western Railway's favourite auto tank, Oliver.

This one took years to put together, and I strained my voice reading it all out, so apologies for that, I'm glad to finally have it out! I hope you like the information I have found out about the engine I believe to be Oliver, and more things beside.
