What do I feed Betta fish fry. We started off feeding our Betta fish fry with micro worms and Banana worms. We then moved on to baby brine shrimp, repashy gel food, bloodworms, brine shrimp and finely ground pellets. The bettas are fed 2-3 times depending on what foods we feed.
