EVERYTHING HURTS. Last week I got braces and here’s my video on what I eat in a day with adult braces. Spoiler: a lot of smoothies and soup.

So my plan is to have braces for 2 years and this is my initial period. The orthodontists extracted my front tooth. Don’t be alarmed, that tooth was chipped, had a root canal and was about to fall apart. It was discoloured and the filling got really ugly. So we decided to extract that front tooth instead of pulling two healthy teeth. The plan is to make my lateral incisor my front incisor with a crown. And it will look freakin’ FABULOUS!
