What to do if I receive a policy notification about a site I don't manage?

If you received a policy notification about a site you don’t currently manage, that indicates that your ad code has been placed on that site without your permission. To avoid any account penalties, I recommend enabling site verification, which is an optional feature that allows you to indicate which exact sites are permitted to use your ad code.

Once you enable site verification, any non-compliant sites that are listed in your Policy violations tab but not on your verified list of sites will no longer count against you. Please note that the notification may still appear in your account, but no further action on your part is necessary.
Also note that once the feature is enabled, if you don't add a site to your list of verified sites, and you place your ad code on it, ads will continue to appear on the site but you won't be earning from them. So make sure to add your sites to the verified list to avoid missing out on valid revenue.
