Windows 10 and 11 need a little help... so here's what I'm installing first
Ninite allows you to download a bunch of stuff all at once: ninite.com
I use Firefox (got it on Ninite) then I use these add-ons for adblock and such:
addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adguard-adblocker
addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/privacy-badger17
I replace my start menu with Open-Shell: github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu
Explorer patcher has been "blacklisted" by Microsoft because they just don't want you using it. So, you need to disable windows defender until you get it installed. I'll make a video about this soon:
