TMNT on the NES was and still is a controversial game often loved or hated by the community. TMNT 2 doesn't have that problem. Attempting to be the perfect port of the TMNT Arcade game, most fans agree that TMNT 2: The Arcade Game pretty much nailed it despite its limitations. Though the real question still remains.
