That is what investigators say has been happening to Shen Yun Performing Arts. The proof reached federal court.

A California-based Chinese agent was caught by the FBI attempting to bribe IRS officials into revoking Shen Yun's nonprofit status. Investigators say that case is one documented node in a campaign that is escalating on multiple fronts.
