We walked the entire Sea Otter Classic 2026 to find the weirdest, most interesting, and straight-up wild bike tech.
From unreleased bikes and strange drivetrain setups to 32” wheels, CVT systems, and some seriously questionable (but cool) ideas — this is everything that stood out.
Some of this stuff makes total sense. Some of it… not so much.
