There are moments in life that quietly ask us to pause.
To step back from the constant doing.
To look beyond the deadlines, the striving, and the endless pursuit of more.

I wrote this song as a gentle reflection on what truly matters.
Time continues to move whether we’re ready or not.
  The hours pass.
  The seasons change.
  The things we once thought were so important slowly fade.

Yet beneath it all, something remains.
Love.
  Presence.
  Connection.
  The moments we share.
  The way we choose to spend this one precious life.

This song is an invitation to slow down for a few minutes and reflect.

Who would you spend your time with?
What would you let go of?

May these words gently remind you that our greatest wealth has never been found in what we accumulate, but in how deeply we love, how fully we live, and how present we choose to be.
