In part one we explored Charles Chandlers concept of Electronic Tectonics and looked at the current model and examined the process of compressive ionisation which could liberate electrons due to increases in pressure. In this part we will put all the pieces together and outline how his concept would account for not only Earth Quakes but also the movement of the plates themselves.
