What does a day in the life of a restaurant owner actually look like?

From loading up at Sam’s Club and replacing CO₂ tanks to bouncing between restaurants, helping the team, and getting everything ready to host a rehearsal dinner — restaurant ownership definitely keeps you moving.
I’ve been in the restaurant business for years, and one thing I’ve learned is that the job description is basically “whatever needs to be done.” 😂
This is just a normal day behind the scenes running our Greek restaurants in North Texas. The glamorous stuff, the not-so-glamorous stuff, and everything in between.
