Today we're going to be getting vulnerable and having an open & honest discussion of what it's like living in a smaller body post-weight loss. While I have no regrets about my weight loss journey, there have been some obstacles that have arose after losing weight that I never expected. Hopefully this honest discussion is able to shed some light on issues that people don't usually talk about after they lose weight.
