Today's a big day — the concrete floor is finally going into my 28x32 DIY pole barn. I prepped everything myself: grading, gravel, compaction, and setting the base using my laser level. Now the pros are here pouring 12 yards of 4,000 PSI fiber-reinforced concrete.
In this video, I walk you through the full process: how the crew set forms, how the pour went, mistakes I made, the finish I chose, and exactly what this concrete job really cost.
