Ah yes, not reading a book*1 will lead to a strawman construct in order to give a weak argument that isn't the real argument so you can pretend to knock down that argument and "win" CLASSIC APOLOGETICS.
Anyway, in the book "Atheism" The case against God" by George H. Smith on page 239 Smith QUOTES a writer David Brooks - his book (The Necessity of Atheism) here BROOKS asks who created God.
If one reads the darn book you will see why this is brought up and why this isn't the whole of the argument that Smith is making.

Perhaps Millerman read the book and forgot what it said.
Perhaps Millerman read what some webpage said about the book or quoted from the book, so read a part of the book but not the whole thing.

I read it 20+ years ago so I don't remember the page number but I've shared with you as best as I can recall one of his arguments and why it produced a kind of a-ha moment in me about the topic of "kinds of being." Hopefully that's enough for some viewers either to read the book themselves or to follow some other thread in my remarks, like the reference to Heidegger. Thanks for watching and commenting. -MM
