David Greig
David Greig is a multi award-winning playwright and Artistic Director and Joint Chief Executive of Edinburgh’s Royal Lyceum Theatre Company. His most recent work includes new stage adaptations of Solaris (The Lyceum/ Malthouse Theatre, Melbourne/Lyric Hammersmith Theatre), Local Hero (The Lyceum/Old Vic) and Touching the Void (The Lyceum/Bristol Old Vic/Royal & Derngate /Fuel) which enjoyed a run in London’s West End in 2019/20.
Sukhy Johal MBE
Sukhy Johal MBE is the founding Director of the Centre for Culture and Creativity at the University of Lincoln. He has a background in supporting Social and Community Enterprises and is a National Council Member and was the CEO of Culture East Midlands. He has also worked as a management consultant across culture, economic regeneration and place-making projects.
Professor Lesley McAra CBE
Lesley McAra is Director of the Edinburgh Futures Institute at the University of Edinburgh and leads our Community Relations work. She is Professor of Penology in the Edinburgh Law School and she researches and teaches in the area of youth crime and justice; gender justice, and comparative criminal justice.
Sarah Munro
Appointed as Director of BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art in August 2015 Sarah Munro was previously Artistic Director of Tramway and Head of Arts for Glasgow City Council.. She was also Director at the Collective Gallery, Edinburgh and Projects Director at ARTLINK, Edinburgh. She is the Chair of Scottish Contemporary Art Network and Contemporary Visual Arts Network and a Board member for Creative Scotland.
Amanda Parker
Amanda Parker is Director of Inc Arts, a collective that is using data stories to increase diversity in the arts sector. A former BBC journalist and producer, her report on gender diversity and TV directing led to sector wide change in hiring practices. Amanda is also Editor of ArtsProfessional news and features magazine.
Professor Jeffrey Sharkey
Pianist and composer Professor Jeffrey Sharkey became Principal of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in September 2014. Jeffrey was Director of Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Institute from 2006-2014 and was Dean of the Cleveland Institute of Music. He was a founding member of the Pirasti Piano Trio.
