A man gets stopped by Livingston Parish deputies for not using his turn signal. They get him out of the car search him tell him he's free to go and then all of a sudden they tell him to hold on get him back out of the car put him in the back of the squad car then they put the handcuffs on him. Never trust the police even if they try to fist bump you or Pat you on the shoulder they will put you in a cage without a second thought.
