Coast Guard SAR isn’t just any rescue operation—it’s a highly trained, military-level response team prepared for the most intense and unpredictable situations imaginable. From hovering over rough seas to winching down into dangerous waters, these heroes respond to emergencies with speed, precision, and a commitment to saving lives. My goal? To get a taste of their world, face the same physical and mental demands, and understand the skills that keep these teams ready for anything.
