What is Training from the BACK of the Room all about?
Teri is our trusted Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR) trainer, she did facilitate Avanscoperta's very first Retreat, and we did two editions of the TBR in Bologna in the past years.
We're beyond excited to be able to offer you a virtual edition of the TBR workshop, taught by Teri of course, and this evening meetup will be a not-to-be-missed opportunity to get an insight of what TBR is all about, how this produces an invaluable shift in the way we teach and learn things, and how it is very much relevant (more now than never) in the remote scenario we're in.

Teri Frith explains the concept of “Training from the BACK of the Room” and tells us more about the new TBR Virtual Edition – bringing through the key learnings from the in-person class but designed specifically for the virtual classroom.
Find out about how to apply the brain science principles to learning in the virtual environment, and how we exploit some of the additional learning opportunities that are available as part of the online learning experience.

Teri Frith knows classrooms. Her career has taken her from teaching in mainstream secondary schools to the world of software development, where she works alongside technical specialists at all stages of their careers to grow and develop their technological and leadership skills. She trains, facilitates, and coaches at all levels, and thrives on bringing out the best in people.
In May 2016 Teri became a Certified Trainer for Sharon Bowman’s “Training from the BACK of the Room!” course and set up TF Training in 2017 to deliver the course to private clients in Europe and the UK.
In “Training from the BACK of the Room!”, expect to be challenged and supported, and to participate wholly in an engaging, energising journey in the company of other knowledge-sharers, teachers, trainers and coaches.
