This video centers on a recorded presentation I made to the We Connect Study Citizen Advisory Board in Feburary 2026. In this half hour, I attempt to explain what the Rio Grande Plan is, how it will help solve (not just address) Salt Lake City's West-East Divide, and the practical steps needed to get started.
