What is the difference between BEBER, TOMAR, and COMER in Brazilian Portuguese?
In this lesson we will focus on the distinction between TOMAR and BEBER, and between TOMAR and COMER. You will see that the verb TOMAR, among its many meanings and uses, is used with certain drinks and beverages, while the verb BEBER is used with drinks only, and the verb COMER with foods only.
