Meeting one of Ecologues, a new series of interactive webinars featuring experts on various aspects of the environmental crisis. Organized by the American Library in Paris, News Decoder, and the Climate Academy at the European School of Brussels. Filmed on 26/01/2023 with a live audience both in person and on Zoom.
We find ourselves firmly in the Anthropocene, the period in which human activity is the dominant influence on the natural world. We wonder: what is happening to the earth, the sky, and the oceans? How did we get here, and where are we going?

Matthew Pye, founder of the Climate Academy, is a teacher, philosopher, and author.
Rahmina Paulette, founder of Kisumu Environmental Champs, is an activist and conservationist.
