Transcript:
So what is the best English learning exercise? Good question. Is it shadowing? Is it the dictation exercise? Perhaps, it's the 432 exercise. Well, I'm in on the latter at least. And if your goal is building topic-specific fluency fast, then the 432 exercise is a powerful exercise, and I would say probably pretty close to top of the list, as far as being the best exercise is concerned. If you don't know how to do the 432 exercise, don't worry, head over to doingenglish.com/M-E-F-A, MEFA, that is my accelerator implementation course. People who join that course get as a free bonus, a very detailed walkthrough train which teach us the exercise.
But ultimately, the best English learning exercise is it's none of those things. It is the exercise that is right for you right now to fix the specific problems that you have to help you achieve the specific goals that you have. Shadowing, shadowing works really, really well if it's the right exercise for you. It's the same with dictation. It's the same with the 432 exercise. And it's saying it's the same with everything you could possibly do to improve your English. It's got to be the right exercise for the right goal, for the right problems at the right time. And other than that, there is no best exercise, because it's the wrong way to think about it. Which is why in the Mastering English Fast Accelerator course, the MEFA course, I teach a wide range of different exercises that cover different scenarios, different situations, different weaknesses that need to be fixed. And then I help you to customize that information to you personally in the weekly group coaching course.
If the course sounds like something you might be interested in, head over to doingenglish.com/MEFA. Read the information page very, very carefully. The course is not for everybody. And I take very limited numbers of people. So do read it carefully. If you think you might be a good fit, add yourself to the waiting list. I'll let you know next time it opens. Right. This is me, Julian Northbrook, signing out from this video. See you soon, guys. Bye-bye.
