Chapter select down below. This week, I (attempt to) analyze the frame rate of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, along with TV systems and frame rates in an attempt to see what is actually going on frame by frame.
It may seem that the overview of broadcasting and TV formats isn't exactly necessary, but it's what people who receive standard definition broadcasts still see today, and it could be a factor with how the animation is broadcasted. I also found some pretty interesting points, which will be covered in next week's video.
Now, I said in the video that the framerate was 24 fps, but this could be a rounded number. Next week, I may try to determine whether it's 24... or 23.976... yeah... considering the products the show is made with, I'd say it's 24.

Too long, didn't read or too long, didn't watch: It's (about) 24 frames per second: 1 out of every 5 frames is an identical frame on a 30 frames per second download. I don't live in the UK so I'm unable to see exactly how 24 frames fits into a 25 fps format. It's either sped up, or 1 frame out of 24 is identical.
