In this video, I discuss "flow," a theory of optimal experience, and how it may pertain to reading experiences. The theory was developed by psychologist, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi in 1975. The book, "Flow: The psychology of optimal experience" was first published in 1990. Csikszentmihalyi passed away last year at the age of 87.
