This day is important to me because many of the people around me have been affected by mental illness, and I want to help eliminate the stigma around it, so that everyone can get the help they need, without having to feel ashamed. #BellLetsTalk

this was my first agsm ever, and im pretty proud with how it turned out! i had a different cut of it, but movie maker wouldn't let me save it, so i had to go with this cut :( regardless, im happy with the way it turned out and im so glad i am doing this video to promote talking about mental illness and health.
