In this video I have shown what is there inside a Nano-SIM. I have opened one 4G Nano SIM and shown that there is a die of a secure element chip. It’s a smart card controller. The die is connected on the substrate using 5 gold wire. I did X-Ray of a SIM and shown the inside of it.

So give them the environment of making their own toys. Moreover, if they see their parents and others around are engaged in such works, his/her aptitude in engineering will predominate.
