Midwife Dilan Chauhan chats to child mental health specialist Dr Pooky Knightsmith about her job and how parents can help their child's mental wellbeing. Pooky offers practical advice to help children feel safe, secure and comfortable talking about their feelings.

""The best way is to talk about your feelings yourself and make this a normal part of conversation. When you start talking to children about different feelings, then you can help them to understand that all feelings are okay and valid.
