When it started, the MCU was incredibly limited in the characters and franchises it was able to use, only having access to the Avengers but even then without the full rights to the Hulk. Slowly but surely, Marvel regained the rights to more and more characters, eventually culminating in Disney buying 20th Century Fox, leaving only Spider-Man not in Marvel’s hands, but even then, he’s in the MCU. What I wanted to do is look at the exact opposite, a version of the MCU that had the rights to every MCU character except for the Avengers!
