Most Pokemon regions have new fossil Pokemon introduced alongside them. But Johto, the 2nd Pokemon region, introduced in Pokemon Gold and Silver, does NOT! This is terrible because Fossil Pokemon are SO COOL! So let's design some of our own I guess.
