I've written movies for fun for a long time. And I've always done original stuff, but Grand Theft Auto was always the one film adaptation that I wished I could do. Because it has the potential to be a billion-dollar movie franchise, but needs a very specific approach. And I think that hasn't quite been nailed with video game movies to this point. But if it's done right, it could save the movie business from crashing after the comic book era ends. So let's take some time to talk about that, and how to make a blockbuster movie out of Grand Theft Auto.
