This is just my prediction of what it'll be like if Universal Pictures Home Entertainment UK re-released "Dougal and the Blue Cat" since PolyGram had been folded into Universal Pictures. But it was just a thought.
Here's some historical notes about the video release of "Dougal and the Blue Cat". Back in 1989, Channel 5 Video, technically owned by Heron and PolyGram, first released the classic film. Over the next ten years, PolyGram Video had re-released the film as they own the home video rights before Second Sight Films acquired the film rights.
