So in this timeline we would have Robby instead of being turned in initially, Daniel would give Robby some time to think and basically help me be at ease before revealing this info. He's also not gonna call the cops before arriving but rather deciding to keep Robby to himself just for a bit so he can get the full context as to what had happened at the school. So the timeline here changes , Robby would be calmed down by Daniel and Shannon who listen to everything Robby has to say. So here Robby not only calms down and actually vents to Daniel but because of this happening Kreese has no way to reach Robby at this point because Robby is going to stay with Daniel and Shanon and let Daniel understand what happened and Daniel believes Robby had every right to be mad, but that kind of action ya know kicking someone down the stairs, that's something Daniel never taught Robby and Robby should be the most aware of that out of everyone.
