This is the twisted Little Mermaid sequel Disney never dared to make, Ariel doesn’t get her happy ending. She doesn’t get Eric. She doesn’t even get her voice. But what she does get… is revenge.
In this video, I’ll be redesigning Ariel from the 1989 Disney animated film the Little Mermaid into a fallen princess who’s trapped in silence and discovers a mysterious power hidden beneath the waves. What begins as heartbreak… becomes something much darker.
