What I Saw Black Spring Break 2026 Biloxi Mississippi First Day. Video recorded April 9th 2026, the first day of Black Spring Break in Biloxi Mississippi. Traffic is regular, and it seems few spring breakers are on the beach. Biloxi Police are on patrol, but I've not seen the command/control center filled with police at Edgewater Mall. I've not witnessed the Harrison County Police Helicopter flying.
