Here is a snapshot of foods I ate during the day.

BREAKFAST
3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
2/3 granola
2 tbsp of coconut flakes
4 strawberries
Hand full of blueberries

I ate the majority of this fruit and granola bowl. It was very fulfilling!

LUNCH
1 scoop of protein powder with water
2 servings of almonds
2 cups of grapes

I drank about 1/4 of my protein shake. I wasn’t feeling it today. lol.

DINNER
~1/3 of teriyaki chicken
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup of green beans

SNACKS
2 servings of cashews
1 pink lady apple

I ate about 1/4 of the apple. Since I didn’t drink all of my protein shake and apple, I was able to eat more nuts throughout the day.
